Iu tian Tsai

Iu-Tian TSAI (b. 1968) was born in Taoyuan, Taiwan. He has served as a community planner, engaging in overall community building and experiencing the subtle relationship and interaction between humans and the environment, which has prompted him to work on public art projects, such as the Administration Building at National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center in Hsinchu City, space and art design for the Pavilion of Dreams at the 2008 Taipei Flora Expo, smart cloud public art in the New Tech Lights Area at the 2016 Taiwan Lantern Festival.
