Yu-Qiu ZHENG

Founder Zheng Yu-Qiu grew up in the mountain areas of Dahu and remembers herding cattle in her childhood, while produces from the mountain forests and streams are ingredients that frequently appear on the dining table. As someone who has inherited her grandmother’s and mother’s culinary skills, Zheng opened a restaurant in Sanyi by chance and often presents different Hakka dishes rich with local flavor. She has also participated in different culinary competitions, and the plaques and certificates all over the restaurant bear witness to her culinary talent.
