Shou-Ren HUANG, Man-Qing YE

Owner Huang Shou-Ren is the founder of the Emei Camellia Seed Oil Production and Marketing Class, Chike Mountain Camellia Oleifera Workshop, and the Hsinchu County Burden-Free Rural Living Industry Development Association. The cooperative farming area with the local community exceeds 30 hectares, and by incorporating local produces with the management of Yue-Xiang Field Restaurant, Huang presents customers with a series of camellia seed oil dishes. Ye Man-Qing, the restaurant’s chef, grew up in a Hakka village and has a precise grasp on flavor. The dish presented for this occasion is a fulfillment of Hakka flavors in the memory.
